Convention Management Resources (CMR) has been appointed the official registration and housing coordinator for the AIDS Vaccine 2001 Conference. Individuals may register and obtain housing through the conference web site (www.aidsvaccine2001.org) or by submitting the registration and housing form to:

Conference Hotel and Rates

Accommodation has been reserved at The Philadelphia Marriott. In the heart of the business district and in the heart of America's historic quest for liberty, the Philadelphia Marriott is located at 1201 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107 (Hotel Phone: 215-625-2900; Hotel Fax: 215-625-6000 -- Please direct all housing inquiries/reservations to the official Registration and Housing Coordinator, Convention Management Resources, not to the Hotel directly).

To receive these group rates, reservations must be secured through Convention Management Resources. All reservations should be made by August 4, 2001 (late registration deadline). After this date, accommodation cannot be guaranteed and will be subject to a surcharge.

Deposits, Deadlines, and Registration Fees

In addition, a check deposit of $139 or a credit card guarantee (in the amount of the first night's lodging plus tax) is required to secure your hotel room reservation.

Confirmations

Separate registration and housing confirmations will be e-mailed or faxed to you by CMR within 5 business days of receipt of your registration and housing request.

Cancellation

Cancellations must be made in writing to AIDS Vaccine 2001 Conference Registration and Housing c/o Convention Management Resources (contact information listed on bottom of Registration and Housing form). Cancellation of registrations received before June 29 will incur a $100 processing charge. Cancellations that occur between June 30 and August 4 will result in forfeiture of 50% of the registration fee. Cancellation of registrations received after August 4 cannot be refunded.
